These terms and conditions apply to Selveo's SaaS service, delivered via AWS cloud hosting. By creating or using an account, you accept these terms.
02 Services
Selveo provides software-as-a-service, including software licenses, support, and maintenance. The functionality of the service may evolve and change over time.
03 Subscription and Payment
Subscriptions renew automatically. Payment is due in advance per subscription period in accordance with the selected pricing model. We reserve the right to adjust subscription prices with reasonable notice.
04 User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for providing accurate registration information. All activity on your account is your responsibility.
05 Use of the Service
Use of Selveo must comply with these terms and applicable law. The service may not be used for unlawful purposes or in any manner that disrupts or harms Selveo's operations.
06 Data Security
Selveo is hosted on AWS. Selveo acts as a data processor for the customer's personal data in accordance with applicable data protection legislation.
07 Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at the end of the current subscription period. Cancellation takes effect upon expiry of that period.

The service is provided 'as is' without express or implied warranties beyond what is required by mandatory applicable law.
