The expansion and the explosive growth with the opening of new markets, business areas and stores, has placed great demands on logistics and our assortment. A non-scalable setup proved inefficient

After a couple of years with a steep growth curve, where the processes that had been established outgrew their framework and quickly turned out not to be scalable, the main focus was to ensure easy and simple management of purchasing and streamlining of all the procedures in the warehouse.
